Meringue Hearts & Mango-Strawberry Cream
Ok, I admit I went a little crazy with the food shots… but it’s so pretty! And making meringue was so hard! I attempted meringue in two days (I felt silly telling the egg whites RISE! RISE!), and the first photo is from my 2nd batch. The last one, with the heart meringue (FINALLY!), came around with the third batch. Whew!
